Mechatronics technologist turned systems builder. I spent a decade in R&D labs and startups prototyping robots, test rigs and Bitcoin mines, usually as the scout: testing new paths before the companies committed to them. My common thread is reducing overhead, so people can take bigger risks with less fear. Now I'm applying that to resilience, building tools that help people and communities stand on their own: data to understand the world, guides to act on it, and products to prepare with.
Most of my time goes to the main projects. The others are live and running on light maintenance.
